Anatomy and Physiology Level 3 and 4
Anatomy and Physiology, gives you the foundations you need for a career in aesthetics.
This course will provide knowledge in:
• Understanding that tissue is a cellular organisational level intermediate between cells and a complete organ.
• Learning about how the lymphatic system carries tissue fluid throughout body to fight infections and diseases.
• Knowing that the circulatory system consists of heart, blood, and blood vessels.
• Identifying the three types of blood vessels: arteries, veins, and capillaries.
• Understand how the cardiovascular system is an organ system that permits blood to circulate and transport nutrients.
• Explore nutrition, digestion, and excretion and how these functions work.
• Give a full understanding on the anatomy of the face.
• Knowing that muscles are discrete organs, which are constructed of skeletal muscle tissue, blood vessels, tendons, and nerves.
Written Test will be carried out at the end of session.
